When you select a Jazz 2 model in Hardware Configuration that supports Ethernet, Ethernet Configuration is added to the Project Navigation tree, under Tools.
When you check the Using Ethernet checkbox, the PLC assigns a vector of 26 MIs to this function.
To set the start address for this vector, use the Start Vector drop-down. These MIs store the Ethernet parameters for IP addresses, PLC Name, and other data needed for the Ethernet function.
To enter the data into the MIs:
Store values
Use Information Mode
Click the fields to enter the data within U90 Ladder, and select Force. This will overwrite any values in the MIs when you initiate an Ethernet connection.
